Adrenochrome is a chemical.
It is attributed to some kind of magical effects not unlike drugs and such. It is also attributed with the ability to grant immortality or somesuch nonsense.
In the end, I couldn't find any hard evidence of anything except a particular group of people (jews) hell-bent on sacrificing babies to Moloch. I believe the stories about blackmail and drug abuse (adrenochrome) are false. It's just devil worship.
