It's not a serious deal and never was, although the Iranians did make serious and sincere proposals.

But as Nick said, Israhell wasn't going to accept any deal short of war. They want to cripple Iran, which is the only Nation in the region that can challenge Israhell. Trump knows the bloodthirsty zionists are going to attack Iran, but he needs to stall them until the midterms.
