I'd rather just get their atmospheric temperature up to 1,000,000 °F with the help of some atomic fission.

this is good but also not that good.

even with fertility under 2.0, it takes much longer to drop down from 1.2 BILLION people than it takes to drop down from 100 mil or 300 mil

The 1.4 billion in place can do a lot of damage if not contained.

I don't know or understand how this happened, and don't believe it.

Numerous Indian sources seem to be reporting '2.00', and India's Total Fertility Rate (TFR) does seem to be dropping quickly over time. Hence why I thought India's TFR was much higher, like 2.60. But, as it turns out, there has been a significant drop over the past decade.

Luckily, in this sense, Indians are quite feministic (female police are common, for instance), abortionistic, and, compared to their western neighbours, pro-LGBT. There is no way that these factors are not at least in small part responsible for that significant decline.

Agricultural gains finally offset by reality. If the data is to be believed.

My biggest gripe isn't about longevity, we know it's an r species. This op says fertility rate, that means regardless of how long they last.

The Indians are invading other lands right now. My understanding of the data is that if they do not invade, their numbers go down.

These are rookie numbers and they need to be pumped up.

Doesn't matter if the opposite is true of the indians already here.
