Me and most my close friends smoke weed and we all have 3+ kids. To be fair I only use it once a day, but some of them are high 24/7.

I only shower once every few days. Rinsing off body oils too much is bad for skin and hair. Guys who rub chemical shampoo on their scalp everyday are bald by age 30.
