sounds like this drug, which is called "kush" (which is what people also just call weed) and comes from west africa, is mainly a mixture of cannabis, fentanyl, tramadol, and formaldehyde.

i think the human bones are just west african juju magicks added in because they're retarded, not because they actually do anything. this also means anyone smoking this is probably literally smoking dead nigger.
