I used to live in Toronto and the area around Jane and Finch was nigger central for the city. The one summer, there was a murder every single day for two months.
But it wasn't really any cheaper than other, non-nigger, parts of the city. All they have to do is walk away from their shitty thug culture and they *could* make something of themselves.

I ride my bike around the city for exercise and I've literally been through all the streets and neighbourhoods within the borders of Steeles on the north, Jane on the west and Morningside in the east (south is obviously Lake Ontario) and you're right. Rents aren't that much less in Jane and Finch compared to many nicer parts of town, but one thing I'll tell you, I stopped by the 3 plazas near that corner and the food there is actually more expensive compared to other parts of town. Niggers living there thinking they have no choice when they do and they're getting ripped off and don't even know it. Stupid fucking niggers.

The gas station that caught George Floyd passing off a fake 20 was robbed continously, had it's staff harassed in and out of the location and was set on fire before the owner finally gave up. I imagine much the same is coming for this homeowner
