the practice of medicine is in the same boat. look at the DEI lawsuits... jews are massively overrepresented while asians and whites with comparable and even higher scores are discriminated against. then jews fill those seats with obviously less qualified DEI hires, creating a de facto monopoly on the field. what their policy does is either you go to a jewish doctor, or a moron who is going to get you killed.
