LOL, you say that as if any of their shit was built to last. A year-old elevated train platform in Shanghai was in the news this week for catching fire. A roof that was installed on another structure collapsed less than a year after being installed. Everything in China is built from sand and tofu. I used to think so, but they still have complete control over all of Africa (and North Korea) where electricity exists for only a few hours a day and there are no meaningful trappings of civilization to speak of. So clearly we’ll never do anything, no matter how bad things get.

There’s no reason left to live for here. There’s no remaining way to make a reason to live for here. There’s no justification for continuing to live if and when all actions taken will be either against God, outside God, or erased to godlessness within a generation. If it’s something done only for “my time,” it wasn’t worth doing (or it wasn’t done correctly). We refuse to act. We refuse to behave correctly. **We refuse to defend ourselves. Amazon hasn't really innovated anything after 2010. They will never innovate again. They are a giant system designed to extract whatever wealth can be extracted using the technology built by men who were innovative.
It's the sad tale of every tech company.
Of course, what happens when no one understands the system anymore nor can they innovate to keep it running? Eventually things stop working and stuff starts falling apart.
No tech company lasts forever. They all die eventually.
The infrastructure system here in the US is the same way. Keep bringing in foreigners who don't care and who don't understand to work on our networks, our power grid, our sewage and water systems, and one day we'll be wondering why no one has electricity, water and sewage that works anymore.
