We never should have started feeding them. Now their population has exploded to an unsustainable level. If for some reason food and medicine shipments stopped it would be hell on earth in Africa. They would resort to tribal warfare and cannibalism. Half the population would be wiped out within 2 to 3 years. The hard part would be keeping them in Africa.
