The last part of the quote reveals who Wilhelm II really was. He sent millions of German men to die in a pointless war for an empire that not only tolerated jews but put them at the highest levels of power imaginable. Say what you want about the Czar but at least he didn't let jews control Russia when he was in charge.

Hitler was right to have never invited Wilhelm back even in a purely ceremonial capacity.
