Nice effort posts. I'll only add that I think another heavily underweighted element affecting health is parasitic infections which are far more prevalent than most assume and have a huge impact on behaviour, along with the microbiome which in turn impacts society on the whole. Goyslop and foreign 'matter' most likely to blame. If you haven't, Hulda Clark is a good start on this (obviously a bit free range in her view and of course totally discredited by msm) or there is a .PDF called the parasite pill that's easy reading.
I recommend growing a herb called feverfew on a windowsill or even better a herb bed. It has pretty and widespread daisy like flowers and a tea with a sprig in boiling water for 5mins can work wonders. Old monk herb, I've seen it in many old English monastery gardens where it's in recreation beds for what they used to grow according to old records. I love natural and herbal solutions you can teach it to yourself in a few years and break free of big pharma if you only give it a go. Try one thing, that's why I've made a single recommendation that anyone can do a pack of seeds costs nothing and you will be rewarded beyond measure. Do it.
Finally, try to stay physically fit but also work on your mind, worldview and inner peace as all health stems from there.
Parasites get a lot of bad rap but there's a lot of misconceptions. They're technically not even parasites because sometimes they offer a symbiotic relationship, like our bodies will purposefully attract them and use them for storing heavy metals and other toxins in, because it's safer to do so than in our own fat/organ cells.
