I'll summarize it like this: You put in a fish in a dirty tank of water and the fish gets sick.\
Germ theory: Vaccinate the fish and give it medication that all have side effects to try and alleviate the symptoms while giving it more and more vaccines, medications and side effects as time goes on.\
Terrain theory: Clean the tank.
