That's because being racist doesn't mean you are a good leader. Often smooth brained racism is easy to push people away because its seen as "uneducated". A father has to have answers, and good ones, not just mantras and mindless traditions. Uphold tradition because its logical, not just because you wanna fly a rebel flag.

I doubt it. Women are not convinced with rationality, especially modern ones. They just do whatever they can just for "fun".
