I dont think it was ever designed to outright kill people, just make them sick and infertile so they became completely reliant on (((big pharma))). The jews wouldnt want to kill their shabbos goy slaves, because theyd die without them, but they absolutely would want to force them into medical dependence on the the jewish system, because the moment one becomes independent of the system, the moment one realizes it must be destroyed.
