Last I looked (*back in the reddit days*) it stood for something like "Ice Poseidon", and was a bunch of crackheads in an RV or something.

Nowadays it's just a weird little collection of subs on here that I block whenever I see them, because just like KIA ("Kotaku in Action") they apparently just make a fresh new community whenever they want to post anything. ¯\\(º_o)/¯
