Yeah, I’ve seen all that. We were lucky enough to have a warning because of the profession I was involved in at the time. Also lucky that our truck was on the bottom floor of the garage. We had to drive through some water as it was slowly getting higher. Even had to hop out and move some large downed tress out of the roadway. We got out right before the water was too high, and city was locked down because of said warning. Incredibly lucky.

I hate to keep asking questions but what would have prevented your truck from leaving if it wasnt on the bottom floor of the garage?

Elevator operation. In that particular hotel, the only way to get cars to, and from higher levels is an elevator.
