This is exactly why many areas of America held off or prevented public transport for as long as possible, because they could see this shit happening a mile away.
The second BART made their way into Oakland, property values plummeted overnight. Because what public transport access does is give unwashed hordes of niggers and dunecoons unfettered access to White people and Their society. I fucking despise HOAs but the one thing they've been able to historically quash is niggers moving in and shitting up the suburbs by turning houses into crack dens. Clean houses and well-maintained cars are natural nigger repellent.
