>This can be something as simple as the death penalty for rape and murder
This has always been the most effective means of maintaining order and morality in society period, which is why (((communists))) have tried to spin the death penalty as *immoral*, even though according to every major world religion, especially Christianity, the death penalty is perfectly fine (or in Christianity's case, something literally instituted by God as part of the covenant with Noah). If someone opposes the death penalty for the obviously guilty, that person is either ignorant of Christianity, or (((Something Else))) masquerading as a Christian.

The irony of you blaming the stigmatization of the death penalty on "muh ebil gommunism" is that most or all socialist countries have the death penalty.
Anti-death penalty is mostly a masonic liberalism thing from the enlightenment, not a "commie" thing, but even then there are masonic liberals who support the death penalty, albeit a very slow and prolonged bureaucratic bastardization of it, such as the masonic liberals known as the repiblicucks.
"Commies" are very pro death penalty, or at least they where, back when commies actually existed.
Lenin used to hate the death penalty, but then a yenta attempted to assassinate him.

Communism is the beating stick of Masonic Liberalism. Liberal Democracy and Communism are just flip sides of the same clipped coin.
"Commies" are still rather pro death penalty, though.
