If you read between the lines of [the family statement](https://www.news5cleveland.com/news/local-news/ethan-limings-family-completely-devastated-by-verdict-jury-ignored-facts-attorney-says), it's clear that the reason was that the jury was formed of niggers which decided to not condemn fellow niggers.

They even said:

This is terrifying if you think about it.

This is why I keep saying JB12>CB6 is basically a misnomer, and hard cope now in the much of the country. It’s almost impossible for a straight white man to get a jury of his peers anymore. Some would say just go with a judge trial then, and to that I’d say have you seen the judges as of late.
