Over the years we've spoken a lot about raising test levels. Onions, sauerkraut, not cranking it, heavy leg days..
What else? I feel like my test is low. I might just be burnt out though.

#1 is not being fat. by far.
get good sleep on regular schedule every single day. no cheating your sleep.
if you still think you have problems go to a real doctor and get it checked.
