Over the years we've spoken a lot about raising test levels. Onions, sauerkraut, not cranking it, heavy leg days..
What else? I feel like my test is low. I might just be burnt out though.

30 minutes is huge, especially if you have somewhere you can layout for 10-15 minutes on each side almost if not completely naked.
