Because the Nordic race migrated from the Baltic sea to many places around the world, including North Africa and the Middle East.

I haven't seen these mosaics.
But I think it is very likely that the Jews, including Jesus, were racially White at the time. Probably everyone in the Middle East was White at the time, although not Nordic.
What I am rejecting is idea that Europeans are descendants from the Jews.
