Everyone keeps waiting for some Superman to come save them, be it Trump or whichever "Republican rockstar" comes next. It used to be Mitt Romney at one point. They keep waiting for these phony heroes because they don't want to take up the responsibility themselves. They literally want to appoint a "housekeeper" to clean up the mess and fix the problems. Trump might have had a chance in 2016, but then they literally shut down the whole world with COVID to stop him. *Think about that.* That's not a system controlled by voting.
Nobody is coming to save us. Even this "Trump" admin isn't really Trump's.
