I'm a 26 year old American man of German descent who knows some German (B1) and has been to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland a few times. I excerise often, but like everything I must keep pushing myself. I am also Christian.

Are they ruined from the covid MRNA shot or sleeping around like American women? Is there a good way to meet/ approach them ie in a park, biergarten, a museum?

This might not be the place, but I would appreciate any advice.

I get that. I wouldn't go up to a German woman and say that I am German, but I would tell her my name when I introduce myself and let her decide what she considers me to be. Some Germans have considered me to be German in a blood sense.

Do you have blue eyes? Do you have blondish hair/body hair?

If yes then you can consider yourself at least part "Germanic" aka of the Nordic race.

All people with blue eyes [originate from the same region in northern Germany / the Baltic sea](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/38/Passing_of_the_Great_Race_-_Map_2.jpg).

I do have blue eyes, but my hair darkened to predominatly brown with some blond and red mixed in. My male lineage is from North Rhein Westphalia, but my grandmothers side is from Bavaria and Baden- Württemberg. My grandfather was 6ft 2in and blond in blue eyed.
