Koreans in america live near koreans and behave like koreans, so do blacks, so do indians, so does everyone else. The only people who have "melted down" and assimilated into a larger group are germans, scots, irish, italians, and other white groups into the newly formed "white american" ethnicity that built this country. Everyone else just wants a piece of the pie while maintaining their own identity. Assimilation of nons is impossible and they will never willingly leave.
