Same with the Boy Scouts. When you account for the number of alleged cases and the number of boys who went through the program, it was way lower than the national average for abuse. The main problem was that homosexuals covered for each other in certain cliques within the leadership. Of course, now whenever Scouts or the church are discussed in public there are a bevy of people who's minds just go to "pedos"... it's disgusting. The BSA was a wonderful program, and it's basically just a zombie program at this point. They even instituted a "Citizenship in Society" merit badge that is nothing but DEI bullshit, and of course it's Eagle required.
