Somewhat on the boomer side here. It reminds be of a discussion I was having with friends. They were talking about their young kid and how he’s about to move out. I mentioned that I never once lived on my own. Always had roommates or lived with a girl. Then one guy said “yeah, me either” with others also realizing this, and it was a realization that we didn’t really have it that great. I also worked multiple jobs until my mid 20s.
You're right, everything is fine and/or it's my fault that all the problems highlighted in this thread have materialized, even though I wasn't born yet when they were seeded, and I know this to be true because your friend's kid makes good money. It's crazy that people manage to blame boomers even though this one kid is moving out!
