They've been sliding down hill ever since rap came onto the scene in the early 1980s.
Twerking and dry humping was popularized by rap singers.
Someone said it here last week, but look back at how blacks behaved and dressed in the 1950s. Take note of how they comported themselves when they knew there was even a slight chance they'd get lynched if they stepped out of line. Niggers literally only understand ONE language.
