You must not live around them. I can tell you from experience, this is very real and really not that uncommon.

Come live in the deep south of the US and you'll see this kind of crap all the time. I'm working on relocating out west myself, because I'm tired of having to deal with black bullshit. Scott Adams was right.

I'm in central Mississippi. My desire to get away from them is so strong now, that it motivated me to go back to trade school at 50 years old, to get the boost I needed to have a marketable skill set, so I could relocate somewhere else and be able to get a good job.
I now have a 2 year degree in Electrical Tech and I'm working as an electrician. Getting my experience now and in about another 9 months or so, I'll start looking for jobs out west.
