I'll tell you what happened:

The core userbase here was never that big (but it did used to be a lot larger than it is now)

That large number is from the reddit community in exile, and people from another reddit community called r/coomer (which mimicked current conpro more than r/conpro ever did), and from thedonald users who subbed to conpro to boost up the numbers whenever we first came to dot win.

I'd argue that the actual regular posters here have never numbered more than about 1000. Possibly less.

The declining userbase is explained by several factors:

A. That a userbase will necessarily decline if it is isolated. And we are in an isolated corner of the internet. Nobody gives a fuck about scored. Instagram and Twitter are where white nationalism is actually taking off, scored is, I hate to admit it, an echo chamber. The users will eventually filter out because a small percentage of people remain an active long term user of anything (that's me!) And there's not enough new people coming in (because we exist in an isolated corner) to pick up the slack.

B. r/consumeproduct was a lot more politically diverse than scored consumeproduct. Those to our "left", that have not been radicalized, have piddled out of this community. Most of those users have ended up in r/consoom, a ban evasion sub originally that has become the haven for the left of r/consumeproduct after we more or less split paths. It's not a bad sub, actually

C. The history we have had in the past with deranged shills like u/insurgent and all of his alts, baiting, pedophile pajeet shills, nigger porn spammers, demoralization shills, low quality shitposters, and forum wide wars have caused even the people that are not affected by reason A or B to leave the forum.

The domain loss was also a major contributing factor, which probably happened in part because of C.

You're also forgetting a big factor:

D. The virtues of ConsumProduct, by its nature, is to get away from rampant consumerism and terminally online behavior, which will necessarily, over time, result in fewer people visiting this forum, as they stop using the internet so much and pick up healthier hobbies, form friendships with people in real life, form stronger communities with like minded people, get married, have kids, cook their own food, and spend time with family.

I had *considered* point D. But, in all fairness, this forum hasn't really been about anti-consumerism in a *very* long time.

When we were at our peak (on scored) we were still essentially the same site that we are now

It really wasn't *that* different.

At the top is negroid demoralization.

Yeah the funni posts used to top the boards just like every other website ever, but the discussions had were *very* different.

r/coomer was the natsoc sub. r/conpro wasn't that political at all, actually. Or at least, as I said, it was politically diverse
