Learn to cook so these meals can be prepared quickly during the week or batched and frozen on the weekend and frozen.
If you want to cook something time consuming, plan ahead and cook something quick the night before (pasta or chili) and prep the veg or the sauce for tomorrow in advance.

Yes, it will take time to plan and cook each evening and preparing lunches for the kids AND it will take effort to learn how to count protein to ensure your kids get enough, however the alternative is being a nigger and abandoning your children.

[It's similar to egg salad sandwich: boiled eggs mashed with mayonnaise and curry powder. Often with rocket or lettuce. IMHO it's superior to egg salad sandwiches.](https://i.imgur.com/gNYLRVW.jpeg)
