All unsolvable problems are transferable to designated locations to mitigate damage.

they did this pretty much everywhere in the USA and up through the 80s, as far as I know. I knew a nice looking red haired girl they forced to go across town to the nigger school in ohio. heard her stories well after the fact. she had some real fucked up stories.
I remember something similar in my high school. We had some blacks moved to our school from an inner city school. They started several fights , but were outclassed by the farm boys
the girl I knew had stories about her "friends" getting raped by nigger drug dealers. her father kept a 45 at a table at the front door in case her "class mates" decided to get drunk and come by asking her for a date. she was actually quite good looking.
