saying mean words simply isn't a crime, especially when the person saying it is directing it at a kid who attempted to steal shit, and a pedo at a playground.
some have tried to argue that saying mean words constitutes criminal assault in its own right. apparently they believe mean words magically trigger blacks enough to chimp out in violence. that was originally sort-of the case with SCOTUS 80 years ago (look up chaplinsky fighting words), but the case is massively taken out of context on the regular, and they've clarified since that mean words alone do not constitute incitement or assault.
