Keep in mind that babies are not under any anesthesia while their dick tips are cut off, and keep in mind that the many nerve endings in this area make it all the most painful and traumatic.
Reminds me of that tweet when some guy said he helped hold down his son's legs while the pediatrician injected him with a vaccine. His son died the next day. Imagine the guilt.
