I love this idea. This is roughly what the Texas town which got shut down by the governor b/c 'antisemitism' was doing - if you pay x%, you expect x% say in the use of the proceeds.
I personally want my percent of the bombs used on Israel, then any left over used on everything in Africa that isn't Orania, but there really aren't any wrong answers there.

No, chin can’t risk shit military wise. They have a few dams like the three gorges dam that would flood their whole anthive should it get hit by a missile. That is why they use debt and economic pressure for their imperialist endeavors.
those barges they're building that extended pylons into the seabed to anchor themselves and then extend ramps are pretty cool. then they can pull up a RORO and dump tanks and trucks directly onshore. pretty interesting that China requires all commercial RORO to be built to their military spec.
also interesting that China has been dumping smart mines and loitering munitions into the 3 island chains. they're even building whole new artificial islands out there for missiles, detection, and missile defense.
they're building entire seabed infrastructure with fiber optic comms and comms to the surface and satellites, little bays for autonomous submersibles to recharge themselves at, like a Roomba recharge station.
this isn't your boomer's understanding of the world anymore. China wants to break USA control of global trade and be allowed to direct their own trade w/ BRICS and possibly usher in a world where the USA dollar doesn't matter all that much.
