I love this idea. This is roughly what the Texas town which got shut down by the governor b/c 'antisemitism' was doing - if you pay x%, you expect x% say in the use of the proceeds.
I personally want my percent of the bombs used on Israel, then any left over used on everything in Africa that isn't Orania, but there really aren't any wrong answers there.
I would use my bombs on Portland, San Francisco, LA, Seattle, Chicago, New York City, Austin, Pheonix, and Sheboigan, because that is a gay ass name for a town. It sounds like a French slang word for fucking.
