You don't need to be rich to mow your lawn and pull the weeds. It doesn't take a PhD to not dump your trash in the streets.
I'm in a low income apartment. Nothing particularily wrong with it, other than being small, and I've got a great community of neighbours...generally.
But now we've got Eritreans. Eritireans don't pick up their garbage. They don't get their cars fixed after plowing into someone else who's parked. They don't raise their kids other than letting them run wild in the hallways, on their bikes, trashing everything and screaming.
This could be a chill, friendly, clean building but...we've got Eritreans.
