Fuck it, I typed 1000 words, its on me. I did not find a lot:

https://docs.house.gov/floor/
Ctrl-F israel, 0 results
Ctrl-F boycott, 0 results
Ctrl-F ally, allies, 0 results

Could not find mainstream articles. Here are two websites I've never heard of before, it was all I could find that was dated post-2023. Neither article specifies the name of the bill, the code, the date of the vote, and do not provide any links to a source or full bill text:

https://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2025/05/03/747287/House-of-Representatives-will-pass-act-to-counter-anti-Israel-sentiment (https://archive.is/Z0AKK)

https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/us-house-to-vote-on-bill-criminalizing-boycott-of--israel

Edit:
Conpro pwned my challenge by providing me the bill text:
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/119/hr867
I suggest reading it yourself with the "The Anti-Boycott Act of 2018" which the the OP bill adds **4 words** to, and which has never been used to prosecute any American citizen ever (so far) despite there being several robust and active ongoing American boycott efforts (which nobody here contributes to, probably).
