Oh shit. I didn’t realize that part i left out😂. It’s exactly what you said. It was a common name it meant black. I completely forgot that part.

Back in those days north Africans were still aryan. The middle east changed *dramatically* after the Arab slave raids into sub Sahara Africa ramped up in intensity after their conquest of the whole region. Hell, when they conquered it initially, they were still white too. Muhammad was a ginger.
