Great video. I'm in my late 30s and only in the past year or so have I started learning how to control my thoughts, and it has made a huge difference in my life. I strongly encourage others to focus on this as your thoughts are the root of your entire being. Thoughts become words, words become action.

Amen! There's no doubt at this point we're being saturated with chemical and phycological poisons. Social media companies admit that they hire behavioral psychologists to make their platforms addictive, and BPA plastics (like receipt paper) are a synthetic estrogen that disrupt and suppress a man's natural hormones (like testosterone) which leads to depression, anxiety, etc.

We're being attacked on all sides, so it's more important than ever to be vigilant and driven to have control over ourselves.

I agree but I think that's like 5% of the problem compared to the evil nature of man and satan's infulence.
