And if calling them nigger is the only thing that will shame them and stop them from committing crime, then call them niggers to shame their criminal acts.
Psychologically, blacks must be ashamed enough of crime to not commit it. Arresting them seems to not bring enough shame. Heck, they rap and brag about their jail time in rap songs. But calling them niggers when they commit crime, now suddenly they're ashamed about the label placed upon them. Use this shame to tame the nigger.
