Of course Boomers support the Liberals; they all own houses and the Liberals have been driving up the prices in every way possible.
What's going to be hilarious is when, in a year or so, the Liberals put a 40% tax on house sales and then cause another 40% inflation, killing both the equity in their homes and the value of their savings, right as they try to move onto fixed income for retirement because their alienated children have no intention of caring for them.
An associate I once knew told me a story. He was living in the USSR. A professor of communism came over to visit with his father, and they had a discussion where they were plotting how to subvert and destroy the communist machine from within. The associate of mine told me how he had expressed incredulity -- how can a professor of communism be trying to subvert the very thing he is supposed to be teaching? The answer is that no one was communist in the USSR. It was only a skinsuit they wore when they went outside.
I have a feeling that we Americans have been living like this for a while. Once someone takes off the skinsuit and starts speaking the truth, the rest will follow.
We were told that we could solve the differences between the races by socializing and ending segregation. That was in the 70s. Oh, the uproar that caused!
My generation, Gen X, grew up being inculcated with the philosophy of egalitarianism. One by one, we came to understand the necessity of dictatorship. We don't even believe in capitalism anymore, as it is clearly a method of allowing jews to infiltrate and subvert society.
The guy in my riding was some kid, not even from here, who they brought in to court the Indian vote. They canvassed the Indians in my building and no one else.
Lol
