Only 2.3% gypsies? Thank God... the thought that 10% of the population consisted of gypsies continually terrified me. But that makes actually more sense... it's not like we are inundated with these subhumans to *such* a high degree. They do exist, and they are worthless filth, but they can't be *that* many after all.

The thing with gypsies is that they enjoy stealing so much that they refuse to take free shit if it involves 2 minutes of paperwork. Plus the difficulty of not having a permanent residence means they won't get government assistance.
