For anyone who is not familiar with kaffer taxis in South Africa - these "taxis" are minibuses crammed with bantus, they break every rule and are a risk to other road users.

And yeah - fine them if they don't wanna go to Southgate, wherever that is :-)

Retail area about 65km distance from Carletonville. So even with no traffic it is over 30mins one way.
