Because a 5 year old planned out taking a gun to kindergarten to shoot his teacher, and even though multiple teachers knew he had a gun in his bag the principal refused to let anyone search his bag even though the 5 year ol told the teacher the day before that he was going to shoot her, the 5 year old told other children that he had a gun in his bag and that he was going to shoot the teacher, and the several other students were shown the gun by the 5 year old and reported it, but the principal allowed the niglet to shoot the teacher.
