"White" is an indicator of skin color, which is an indicator of race, which is an indicator of a certain common gene pool.

Well, AN indicator but not THE indicator, as there are several other indicators which must be present. Is an aboriginal a negroid? Is a southern indian? A southeast asian? They have dark skin, so they must be "black", right???
