40+ years old here, I still don’t own a house. Yet when I’m doing appointments for work, i’d say about 35% of the houses I go to are owned by first generation immigrants who barely speak English, sometimes they don’t speak English at all. And probably 50% of the apartment buildings I go to are owned by foreigners, usually muslims of some type. The rest of the homeowners I see are aging boomers for the most part, with maybe 5% being White people around my age. It’s enraging to see these fucks thriving while our younger people have damn near nothing of value, even though most of us work full time. Immigrants, whether legal or not, should not get any of our tax dollars to help them buy a house, or to start a business, or to help with college costs, or for any other reason, and they sure AF shouldn’t be allowed to buy properties to rent out to actual Americans, if anything they should be paying us to live here. Insanity that our people are suffering this bad and yet, all of the newcomers are thriving because our tax dollars fund various social programs specifically meant for non-Whites (non-White immigrants especially), programs that are completely unavailable to Whites.

Most white people are not even aware of how well the dark skins are getting it. We're not allowed to discuss it. If you bring it up in public a bunch of boomer fucks will come around and tell you to stop bitching and work harder.
The answer is that we need the entire brainwashed older generation which in reality acts as the old guard for the system to die off. While this is happening we need to build a parallel system where we take care of our own. There are so many laws on the books to prevent white people from doing this. All of our laws are designed to enslave white people. So we have to break them.
It’s really bad in the Bay. Nearly every building is owned by someone from India or China. With the commercial ones, they’ll typically just leave them vacant if they can’t find a tenant that’ll pay some stupid $100k/month fee to lease there because it’ll make the property values look lower on paper, and because they’ll write off the theoretical lost rent on their taxes.
Residential housing should not be allowed to be an asset. Completely ruined the entire housing market over time. And foreigners and corporations shouldn’t be allowed to buy them. They’re not even living in them.
