brick and mortar restaurant has too much overhead.

Just have a pull behind mobile kitchen made out of a converted cargo trailer. Pull it to busy intersections where White middle class guys pass buy to and from their jobs. If niggers show up or ZOGbots want to inspect you then you close it up and pull off and find a new place to setup shop.
