The psychology of white zogbots

I'm talking about both cops and soldiers here, government workers too. Not the top tier (((globalists))) because it's obvious what they are, psychopathic kikes holding a grudge against us for more than 2000 years, but i'm talking about the mid tier zogbots. As i said above, the soldiers, the typical cops, "people" like that.

To an extent, i can understand normies not noticing things, they are too caught up in their mundane wageslavery and goyslop entertainment, after undergoing several generations of kosher indoctrination, but as a zogbot of any kind, when your job is quite literally to do your best to subdue and lead your fellow people, your extended family to slaughter, to give your ancestral homeland to foreigners whose criminality you have to deal with daily, how can you not be immediately jump ship to the good guys? Surely as little power as they get can't be enough incentive for the horrible acts of treason they are committing every time they clock into their jew-ran job to enforce the will of the chosen people? I'm sure some of them bought into the (((narrative))) and genuinely believe they are SERVING MUH COUNTREEY SIR! but how about the rest?

What is the psychological or even esoteric/metaphysical explanation for this?

I honestly believe such jobs attract the lazy, and psychotic more than most positions, so there’s that. With that out of the way, I also think the ones who go into it with a decent mindset to try to both better themselves, and their community quickly learn within the first year, or two that there are kike, and nigger brick walls you run into at every turn that make you jaded, resentful, and then eventually hateful, and evil to anyone you deal with, and come across on a daily basis. They get to the point where they treat everyone like the rabid niggers, and/or even worse because they can no longer deal with the niggers with the force that they ONLY understand, and respond to, at least in the moment. Eventually all them are like fuck it, I’m gonna get mine, and fuck everyone else including my fellow whites who really aren’t much of an issue, if at all most days.
