Ideally, women wouldn't work outside the home at all. But if they are at least going to pursue motherhood, they should be out for months at a time to care for their babies. Hopefully it will kick in their maternal instinct and they will want to stay home and raise their own children.

I agree with that as well! Family bonding is important for everyone and the importance and respect of a father's role is vital to a healthy family.
